The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, IP address, and information regarding what pages are accessed and when. If you register for a course with us, your card information is not held by us and we do not process the payments ourselves.

Depending on what information we have stored and what you have opted in for, we may use your information to:

  • Send essential communications about courses you are registered for or events you are due to attend
  • Send you our community newsletter email a newsletter
  • Send an update from our weekly blog
  • Send information about upcoming training courses and special offers
  • If you register for a meetup or training course we may send your name to the venue for security purposes
  • If you are attending a certified course your name and email address will be shared with the relevant certification body

Deeper Change staff have access to your information. In addition, if you are attending one of our events or training courses we may pass on your name and dietary requirements to the venue if they request them in order to comply with their policies.

We may pass your information to our third party service providers, agents subcontractors and other associated organisations for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf (for example to send you mailings).
