Product Ownership

(DC-AdPO)

From Managing the Backlog

to Influencing the Organisation

Course Description

Are you stuck in the delivery grind, endlessly refining user stories and managing Jira tickets? This course transforms your role from reactive backlog manager to proactive strategic influencer—empowering you to lead across systems, shape stakeholder alignment, and scale meaningful product outcomes.

This is Part 2 of our Agile Product Ownership series and is designed for experienced Product Owners, internal-facing product professionals, and strategic change agents working in scaled or complex environments.

The course addresses the real challenges faced by POs working inside enterprise systems: balancing competing stakeholder demands, working across multiple teams, managing platform products like Salesforce or CRM systems, and needing to influence without formal authority.

Each session is packed with practical tools, peer learning, and concrete applications you’ll take back to your product environment. You’ll complete work between sessions, reflect on your growth, and build a resilient, values-led PO practice.
