Meet your course leaders

Simon Powers

CEO and Founder of The Deeper Change Academy and AWA Global.

Following a career in large-scale software architecture working for Goldman Sachs, NYSE Euronext, BNP Paribas, Oxfam, Local Government, and various retail corporations, Simon naturally moved into running large-scale agile change programs.


He started the first global community of practice, Adventures with Agile, in 2014, defined one of the best-known descriptions of agility with The Agile Onion, and defined the Agile Mindset.

He pioneered the world's first coaching approach to whole organisational change with the Enterprise Change Pattern and wrote the book on Change.


He was voted the person who did the most to promote agility globally, the best public conference speaker, and won the award for the best CEO by CEO Monthly magazine.


In 2018 - 2020, he worked with the team at ICAgile to define the competencies for the highest certification possible in organisational change, the ICE-EC program. In 2020, he designed and released the 6-month cohort program that you can take after completing this program.


He has taught thousands of agile coaches, enterprise coaches, managers, leaders, and changemakers worldwide.


He is an international coach, mentor, therapist, facilitator, and trainer with a passion for systems and people's development. He is also a father, a kung fu practitioner, and a keen dirt bike rider.

Dan Moody

Dan has experience in leadership roles and as a coach at Fortune 100 companies such as American Express, FedEx, and Chevron.


Combined with over a decade of product management experience, Dan understands first-hand the realities facing those charged with operationalising the myriad theories, practices, and tools in the realm of improving ways of working, in order to get better outcomes.


Dan is a practitioner and is aware that context counts. He uses that understanding to co-create solutions fit for context with an eye toward future state, and he has a proven track-record of constructively challenging the status quo to improve outcomes.

The programme is taught in English.

What is included in the price?

The registration fee covers all modules and certifications. The in-person 5-day course in London includes breakfast, lunch, refreshments, and a printed manual. The registration fee does not cover accommodation, evening meal, or travel to and from the venue.

  • 12 x 5-hour enriching discovery days – providing deep learning, rich feedback and growth, breakouts, supervision, and practice (2 per month)
  • 1 x 360 Leadership Assessment
  • 2 x 90-minute assessment, review and Q&A cohort call
  • Many 1-hour participant-led support calls – enriching self-development and assessment work
