About: The course quality
The quality of our courses is reputationally legendary.
For the last 15 years, firstly through AWA Global and now The Deeper Change Academy, our reputation as a training course provider has set the bar for us as the model training agency for certification authorities and our clients.
We initially helped pioneer Training from the Back of the Room as the de facto standard for training, and then we developed this concept further into our 4-dimensional learning platform for deep, relevant, and applicable training skills.
4-dimensional learning
Cohort training is based upon our unique methodology, which we have refined over the last ten years of training tens of thousands of people.
The four dimensions are :
1. Horizontal or external skills that are tangible, useful, and observable.
2. Vertical or internal skills that build relationships, collaboration, and emotional intelligence.
3. Experiential classroom training that puts into practice the combination of the first two with real-time support from class leaders and support from the cohort to support you after you use these skills in your workplace.
4. The leaders embody this practice, allowing you to tune in and emulate their behaviours, allowing you to assimilate the skills and results you need much faster.
How deep do you want to go?
Do you want to master the subject and spend time with other expert learners in a 6-month cohort program?
Or would you prefer to complete a half-day on-demand self-paced learning experience to understand the basics of the topic?
We meet you where you are and take you as deep as you need.
Using coaching as an example:
There are different offerings for each topic. You choose what level works for you.
For example, one of the most essential skills for a manager is coaching. We have three programs available these are:

An on-demand experience where you learn at your own pace from videos and articles with a monthly practice session
2. Personalised support:
One-to-one ongoing support
A coaching/mentoring/therapy/advisory package from our CEO, Simon Powers (limited availability). This is a tailor-made solution where you get one-to-one support for whatever you need over a 3-, 6-, or 12-month period.
3. Professional commitment:
The Art of Professional Coaching: Unlocking Human Potential in Business (ICF Level 1)
A 6-month cohort experience with learning partially in the classroom in London for 3 days in January and the rest online. Learn to the International Coaching Federation's Level 1.
You choose which level suits you based on your current situation, availability and resources, and the result you seek.
You can always call us for help deciding. When you work with us, you are not on your own.
A program of learning...
It has never been easier to design a change program for leadership development, organisational culture change, or team structure improvement.
Our methodology for change programs has four elements:
1. Deep learning for the most enthusiastic champions of the change. Using the above coaching example, we would ask 10-15 people to attend our 6-month ICF-accredited coaching program.
2. All other managers would receive a licence to complete the on-demand self-paced learning course on coaching for managers.
3. We would help you set up coaching clinics, practice sessions, and communication about the benefits of coaching. We would also help normalise coaching as a skill set for managers to develop their reports and each other.
4. We would then take a back seat and be on hand to add additional coaching skills and techniques, run sessions, or advice on challenging situations. You can pull our services as needed or not at all—an easy and relaxed solution to growing a conscious, emotionally aware, and supported workforce.
